Energy Efficient Building
Stumbelbloc offers an energy efficient building solution which is achieved with the use of recycled polystyrene placed in the cavities of the modular blocking system
Insulation Properties
Stumbelbloc contain two cavities which can be filled with polystyrene to increase the R-value of the wall. Using recycled polystyrene and filling the cavities you can increase the R-value from 2.5 to 8
Fast Building
Building with Stumbelbloc is very fast compared with traditional methods, therefore reducing energy costs drastically. They require no electricity or fossil fuels to build with
Mortar Saving
Instead of using conventional cement mortar, all Stumbelbloc variants are joined together using Blockgrip which sets in three hours, and is applied only to the bottom of each block by dipping their bases into the mix
Longevity
Compared with other forms of building, Stumbelbloc blocks are very strong and therefore longer lasting than conventional bricks
